This beautiful historic venue is located at 1915 Olive Street, in Texarkana, Tx. It was built in 1929 by Ben Collins as the first assisted living for retired women in Texarkana.  Originally called The Ben and Jane Collins Home for Women, today it is simply called The Collins Home.  True to the home's philanthropic roots it is now home to HandsOn Texarkana, whose mission is service through volunteerism. 

HandsOn Texarkana relies on fundraising, grants and donations for funding.
